SERVICE TECHNICIAN

Job Summary

This position exists to provide direct support to our customers in the field. This will be the support person on each of our projects. They will work under the supervision of a service supervisor to deliver a successful project including safety, quality, and efficiency. They are responsible for a quality product every time, and to constantly improve our job performance.

 Summary of essential job functions

Work under the supervision of others on projects in the field, operate equipment on projects, maintain equipment on the yard, drive trucks when needed to move equipment and mobilize to jobs, learn all aspects of the job in order to replace Supervisor as needed.

Minimum requirements

Minimum of 1 year of industry experience, the ability to drive, and to read and write English.

Abilities required

Ability to travel, stand/sit for extended periods of time, ability to lift, carry, and handle up to 50 lbs. Must work extended shifts outdoors on occasion. Driving trucks and towing equipment.

SERVICE SPECIALIST

Job Summary

This position exists to provide direct support to our customers in the field. This position is one that will lead some projects or aspects of projects with support for Service Supervisors or Management.They are responsible for all aspects of the delivery of a successful project including safety, quality, and efficiency. They will be acting supervisor on some projects, mostly smaller jobs and night shifts of larger jobs.

 Summary of essential job functions

Meet with Customer in the field to determine best work plan, Hold Safety Meetings in the field to ensure that all potential hazards are addressed, supervise technicians or work as a technician during the course of a project. Document all aspects of operations, and report needed information to operations manager, and customer.  Ensure that required maintenance is documented and completed in order to keep our equipment fleet in top shape and in a “job ready” status. Learn from Supervisors and Management in order to advance to Service Supervisor.

Minimum requirements

Minimum of 1 years of service technician experience, and a working knowledge of our products and procedures. Operator Qualifications per CCI’s program are required.

Abilities required

Ability to travel, stand/sit for extended periods of time, ability to lift, carry, and handle up to 50 lbs. Must work extended shifts outdoors on occasion. Strong Communications Skills with all levels of the customer’s organization as well as your organization.
